How Manorway Group collects, uses, and protects information across our website, platform, and connected services.

Who we are

Manorway Group ("Manorway," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-assisted governance and management software for homeowner and condominium associations, primarily in the Greater Seattle and Puget Sound region of Washington State. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through www.manorwaygroup.com ("the Site") and our associated software platform, marketing channels, and integrations.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us directly. Your name, email address, phone number, association or property details, and any messages you send through contact, demo request, or onboarding forms.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics data such as pages viewed, referring URL, browser type, device type, approximate location (derived from IP), and timestamps. We use this to understand site performance and improve content.
  • Information from connected services. When you sign in or connect third-party services (for example, email or identity providers), we receive only the data fields required to deliver the requested function (e.g., your name and email address from an OAuth login).

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and onboarding conversations.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Manorway platform and Site.
  • Send transactional communications (e.g., account confirmations, service updates) and, with your consent, marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the integrity of our services.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information to train third-party AI models. AI features within our platform process association data only to deliver the requested function (for example, summarizing a meeting transcript or drafting a board response) and outputs are reviewable by a human before they are published or sent.

Social media and LinkedIn integration

Manorway maintains a presence on LinkedIn and other social networks. We use LinkedIn's Marketing Developer Platform and Community Management APIs to publish content to our own Manorway Group company page and to read engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, impressions) about content we have published.

When we use these APIs, the only personal data we receive is the public profile information that LinkedIn members have already chosen to make public when they engage with our content (for example, the name, headline, and profile photo of a commenter). We use this information solely to:

  • Display engagement on our own posts.
  • Reply to comments or messages directed at our company page.
  • Measure aggregate performance of our marketing content.

We do not contact LinkedIn members based on this data outside of the LinkedIn platform, we do not enrich it with data from other sources, and we do not sell or share it with third parties. Engagement data is retained only as long as it remains available through LinkedIn's APIs or is needed for internal performance reporting, and is deleted on request.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to operate our service and only with the categories of recipients listed below:

  • Service providers who host our infrastructure, send email, process payments, or provide analytics, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to Manorway.
  • Legal and safety recipients when we are required by law or have a good-faith basis to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver the service you requested, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to ensure the protection of your information.

Your rights

You may, subject to applicable law:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request that we correct or update inaccurate information.
  • Request that we delete your personal information.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

Children's privacy

The Site and platform are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or communicated by email where appropriate.
