COMMON QUESTIONS
Things boards ask before signing.
Will my dedicated expert actually attend our meetings?
Yes. They attend regular board meetings (in person where possible, video otherwise) and the annual meeting. Special meetings on request.
Where do you operate?
We focus on the Puget Sound region today: Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Tacoma, Bothell, Kent, Renton, Everett, and surrounding communities. We expand as our vendor and expert network grows.
What's the contract length?
Month to month. No multi year contracts. If we don't earn it, you leave with full data export and warm handoff.
How does the vendor markup thing work?
It doesn't. We don't take a cut from your vendors. Bids come to you at the vendor's quoted price. Our fee covers our work, not theirs.
What about the AI? Is it making decisions for our board?
No. AI drafts, summarizes, and surfaces. Every decision, sent communication, and financial action is reviewed by your dedicated expert and approved by the board. See how we use AI.
We're already managed by another firm. Can you transition us?
Yes. Transition is a full service of its own. Parallel setup, vendor continuity, financial reconciliation. We handle it.
Ready to talk?
A short call. We learn about your community, you see how we'd run it, and we go from there.
